Urban Mixed-Use Developments

Bradley Wheeler Architecture & Construction, Inc. can provide conceptual planning of land development for any type of environment.  Zoning regulations, municipality planning policies, and development guidelines are thoughtfully integrated to determine the best potential use of a parcel planned for development.  Three-dimensional site plans are utilized to present and study proposed planning solutions.

 

Rural Residential Planned Unit Developments

Rural land parcels are often studied to determine the best balance between the demands of residential developments, natural habitat, and prime agricultural land.  This conceptual plan explored integrating a residential development and vineyards on an 85 acre parcel of land.  Clustered home sites and a community septic system allowed for the best use of steep topography to allow a residential development to co-exist with an agricultural operation on land that might otherwise be developed into a cookie cutter subdivision as allowed by current zoning regulations.
