This 1,750 sf single-story northern Michigan summer cottage designed by architect Bradley Wheeler, AIA, LEED AP was completed in June 2014. The timeless design of this bungalow style cottage feels at home in the Village of Leland, Michigan. An open floor plan featuring craftsman style architectural trim detailing provides a casual interior living environment. A screened porch and deck extend the living space to the exterior.
The exterior of the cottage is finished with Cedar siding, cellular PVC trim, composite decking, and cobblestone veneer. The interior is finished with pre-finished engineered wood flooring, porcelain tile, and custom painted doors and interior trim.
